About The Chef
Yesho Chetty (affectionately known as 'Chetty') started his culinary experience at an early age. After graduating from Cincinnati State College with a culinary arts degree he then furthered his education at Sinclair with a degree in restaurant management.Chetty honed his cooking skills at such well known establishments as Pheasant Stock, Scioto Country Club, Springfield Country Club, Derr Road Inn and the exclusive Turtle Island where he personally served such dignitaries as Senator John McCain.
His love of food and the blending Italian and Mediterranean flavors are apparent with each mouthful. While his passion is in the kitchen, his friendly personality shines through as he greets diners who are enjoying a culinary safari through their various courses. Service is second to none as you experience anything from gourmet pizzas to pepper encrusted, hand cut steaks cooked on cast iron skillets.
A dedicated father of two he balances his life between his passions of family and food.
